If you have problems logging in to your Gate EU account, there may be several reasons.
Deposits and withdrawals
Go to “Wallet” - “Deposit” on Gate EU website. Follow the instructions and provide the needed information. Then transfer the funds to the deposit address.
Account verification
You are required to verify your identity on Gate EU by going through our KYC process. Once your account is verified, you can ask to raise the withdrawal limit of a specific coin if the current limit cannot satisfy your need.
Trading
Log in to your account. Click on “Spot” under “Trade” on the top navigation bar.
