Gate Technology Ltd is authorised as a Class 3 Crypto-Asset Service Provider under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Act (Chapter 647, Laws of Malta) by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to provide the following crypto-asset services: (a) the custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; (b) the operation of a trading platform for crypto-assets; (c) the exchange of crypto-assets for funds; (d) the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; (e) the execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients; and (f) transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.

Gate Technology Ltd is also authorised as a Financial Institution under the Financial Institutions Act (Chapter 367, Laws of Malta) by the MFSA to provide certain payment services in relation to electronic-money tokens.
